With a range of Australian beef cuts available, the Porterhouse and Prime Ribs have known to be a stellar option but the house speciality is the dry-aged steak, a dish that stands in a class of its own. Steaks are served with three types of mustard – regular, sweet and wholegrain, creating a nice flavourful palatte.
